Who we are

Desired is provided by Joshua Hancock, United Kingdom. Contact: missedcallfollowup@gmail.com.

The short version

Your training data stays on your device. Our server holds only your account (email address) and whether your subscription is active. There are no analytics and no advertising. We cannot see your plan, your body context or your workouts, because they never leave your phone.

What the app stores, and where

Your onboarding answers (including any optional context you choose to share about hormones, binding or tucking, periods, and surgery), your training plan, workout logs, check-ins and measurements are saved in the app’s private storage on your device. They are used only to build and adapt your plan on that device.

What we collect

Email address — to create and sign in to your account (stored by Supabase, our authentication provider, in the EU). If you sign in with Apple or Google instead of a password, we receive only your email address (or Apple’s private relay address) and a user identifier from them; we never receive your password, contacts, or anything else from those accounts, and we send them nothing about your training. Subscription status — from Apple via RevenueCat, so your subscription follows your account. That is all. Desired makes no other network requests with your data. Links you tap yourself (for example to external support organisations) open in your browser.

Third parties

Supabase (authentication and account storage) and RevenueCat (subscription status) process only the data above on our behalf. Apple handles payment.

Face ID / passcode lock

If you turn on the lock, Desired asks your device to authenticate you before showing your data. Biometric data is handled by iOS and never reaches the app.

Export and deletion

You can export your training data as a file from the You tab, and “Delete everything and start again” wipes it from the device immediately. “Delete my account” removes your account from our server at once (cancel your subscription in Apple ID settings so it does not renew). Deleting the app also deletes its on-device data.

Health and medical information

Desired offers general fitness information. It never gives hormone dosing or medical advice; recovery stages are defaults and your surgeon’s or prescriber’s instructions always take priority. Any dose you choose to note is stored for your reference only and is never interpreted by the app.

Children

Desired is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
